Super sweet folks, good service. I wish the lady had repeated my order back but an honest mistake
I normally never put bad reviews.. but in this situation I am speechless.. I ordered my food off the mobile app. I love the... mobile app makes it easier for me. I don't have to go through the drive thru. Well tonight I ordered and added a hot fudgesundae. The lady brought my food out and said have a great day. I asked about the sundae. She goes oh we.dont have it. I gookay? How do I get a refund. She was real nice she said hold on I will find out. She comes back and said I have to go throughthe app. There is no where on the order to state you didn't get something. So she said hold on. She fought and hollered throughthe parking lot trying to get the manager to come outside. Made a huge scene about it. But whatever. She came back tried puttingher headset on me and having me talk to her that way. She got frustrated walked away. Came back and asked me to come inside sothe manager could just refund me the money. I get in there and this manager was incredibly rude. I went in and simply said I wastold to come in here about the sundae. She goes well you will have to go through your bank and dispute it. In the most ungodlyway. I had to take a step back for it. I said okay well I was just told to come in here. She snaps back with well I am themanager here and I know what I am talking about. I said to her okay well you don't have to be rude about it. She snappedsomething else and I just walked away. And just said again there is no need to be rude. She snapped back with bye. I usuallyhave such a great experience here. I personally don't believe I have ever been talked to or treated like that over 2.50.. Read more
Cashier was very polite, asking if I wanted condiments or anything thing else. Very nice lady. Inside and out was clean and very... inviting. Made my day!!! Read more
They gave my order to someone else. Finally, had to go inside and replace my order ! Employee was not properly trained to work... the drive through window. Big plus .....I Love their coffee. !!! Read more
As McDonald's go, you never quite know if it's going to be a good or bad experience. This was a bad experience. I ordered a... Big Mac, and something was "off". I believe the meat was old. The chicken nuggets I ordered were burnt. My fries were good,and that's all I ate from that meal. I do not recommend this location! Read more
Decent food for the money. I usually go to drive thru, but workers are nicer than other places I've been. Unfortunately, like... Sonic, they are notorious for customers getting wrong items or missing items. I don't see how though, bags go through like 2 or3 people b4 its handed to customer. Accuracy should be 100% you would think. But I know the reason, they are in such a bighurry to get rid of each customer they screw up. Its a decent place and I like it, but its just another one of those companiesthat say they care about the customer but you know they dont. Read more
Slow service. Better check your order before you leave. The mangers with the big red eyes. She rude an mean. Plus she give out... free food to people she knows. The worst fast food chain in Anderson County. Plus I order a mcdouble plain. They gave me a mctaco burger. What a mess. Read more
Horrible service. Ginger haired girl taking orders at the drive through was terribly rude and messed up our order. Didn?t get... one of the drinks and got the wrong size on another.
