Terrible just terrible, my food was cold...I waited for 30mins for a refund for a iced coffee they couldn't make..found out... after 15mins of receiving my food....the young lady preparing orders never answered about my coffee until 15mins of asking. Ithought she had a disability but clearly she could hear after the cashier asked why she didn't make my coffee...she said themachine was being cleaned...smh..terrible Read more
where do I begin with this review ... I drove to this McDonalds this morning & wont be back ! i went through the drive thru &... ordered my food & pulled forward . first off , the young girl at the window wasn't friendly AT ALL & was more concerned abouther phone then she was the long line she had in the drive thru . of course my order was wrong , so I parked & went inside in mypajamas & slippers . there were 4 people waiting on things inside at the register & nobody was being acknowledged . a young girlwould leave food on the counter & expect everyone to know it was theirs & walks away . i finally got someone's attention & toldthem I had gotten the wrong order . they proceeded to fix it but instead of listening to me , they grabbed my bag & made itwrong again . after I explained for the 3rd time what I wanted they huffed & walked away to remake it . i have been in customerservice for over 20 years & never have I experienced such a situation where people were so rude & could care less . if you don'twant to be at your job that's fine , but don't show it to your customers . listen to your customers & what they want & you won'thave to redo so many orders . needless to say , I will never be back . Always good and fast most of the time. I'm born Deaf/Hard of Hearing and they have difficulty understanding me and me trying to... understand them on the speaker. Gets my order wrong at times. Read more
Staff is always very polite! Milkshake machine rarely out of order (which seems to be a frequent issue at other stores) lol my... orders are rarely wrong or missing something!! Me an my kids have a pleasant experience every time we come.???? Read more
We just left with some sweet treats and experienced great customer service by a female employee in the drive thru. Honestly the... best customer service we've ever received a McDonald's. Whoever this nice lady was at 930 at night on sep 7. Thank you. Read more
Food was quick. Messed up an order but made it right, and made it right quickly. (Cheese on breakfast sandwiches that weren?t... supposed to). The negative star is for the bathrooms. They are shared with a gas station and they were disgusting. Read more
Tiffany and the upper management did a great job taking care of me when I had a massive issue with my order. They were polite... and understanding and didn?t make me feel like I was trying to take advantage of them. I would highly recommend this location toanyone for there speed and service. Again thank you guys for the great service and going above and beyond to fix my issue. Read more
It's a small gas station add McDonald's. The staff was nice and quick. Food was good. Fries were sooo good and fresh!!! Great... stop on the road traveling. Read more
