My husband and I visited this location earlier this afternoon and we LOVED our service! The food came out fast and the food was... amazing. Not only was our server, Addie, attentive and thoughtful, but we couldn?t help but notice how helpful and happy thehost was. Her smile was contagious and she wore it the whole time we were there. She helped us multiple times when Addie waswith another table. And our experience was ended with her holding the door for us on the way out. Amazing service from both ofthese young ladies!!! I ordered my meal online, however I'm quite positive if I would have eaten at the restaurant, and before I left the tip, I would... have probably gotten more fries. I tipped 20%, but with my meal price, I'm aware it still wasn't a "grand amount". Please beaware of your food order before leaving the parking lot. I visited the Anderson, SC Outback location and had Diamond as my server! I had an amazing dining experience. Her smile and... attention to details about my order & knowing when I needed napkins or had a question is rare this day in age. I could tell shereally enjoys meeting new people and providing A1 service to her customers. It was pleasant after a long day to have such apositive dining experience. The soup was hot and fresh as well as perfectly seasoned. The fries were clearly fresh out of the fryer and loaded with plenty... of cheese and bacon. Service was outstanding! I sat at the bar and never felt ignored but I also did not feel that he wasrushing me. Read more
When I say the New York Strip was tough; I mean I feel like I just had an upper body workout and my jaws of steel failed at... least half of the leathery, grisly hack. Service was regular, but lacked attention; my red wine was white (twice,) and extrasides were brought. In fairness the extra side was removed from the bill. The veg, the fries and the onion starter were verygood and we didn't leave hungry so it could have been worse. I followed this up with a decent take-out (ribs, onion soup andcheesecake.) Only when I pointed out that people who got there after us had food, then we fot ours. And my plate was a sloppy mess. My salad... was swimming in dressing. Then there was the total refusal my the staff to pick up a cloth napkin in the middle of the floor. Aguest picked it up when they were walking out. Read more

My favorite rest. As usual the food was excellent,but this was my first visit to the Anderson location with my son. I was given... a gift card for my birthday back in August and we decided to eat lunch there everything was perfect on point food was exactlywhat I expected it to be. Yummy and very feeling LOL . The server and the girl training did an awesome job. I do apologize I didnot catch their names. We will definitely be back to visit, next time bring more people, and hopefully the same servers can waiton us again.
