I love the place, I love its food, but there is a lady who always attends the cashier and is a very pedantic lady, she attends... reluctantly or as if the work she does bothers her, the rest of the staff is great! and the food great! but the qualification isfor the older, thin, small lady with glasses who attends the cash register. My experiences here are always hit or miss. Last night they were out of bread...BREAD. The word "bread" is in their name and... they were out of it and were all "whatever." Sometimes they will forget to put something in the to-go order and be all "well,you should of looked" instead of taking responsibility, especially after I have asked, "Is that everything?" But.... they arequick to make amends, the store is always clean, and for the most part the people who work there are flexible and nice. I willcome back, and I am glad Anderson has a Panera!! Bag lettuce is just ok. They are a place that sells salad's and soups mainly so I feel they should cut fresh lettuce. Mine was... boring, I will order something else next time. Asian chicken salad and autumn squash soup. Read more
My goal is to get this Panera closed down. It was over 50.00 for these portions. Unbelievable! I urge everyone to stop paying... more for less. Shut them down. Read more
I have been happy to eat there before, but not happy with my recent pick up order of chicken noodle soup. I order bowl size, but... the bowl is so small and soup is so liquid. It is not what it showed on their website. for $7.19, it is not worth it. Read more
I arrived at 10:30 am and tried to order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich as I eat at Panera every morning. The server said that... they were not serving breakfast as it ended at 10:30. I point out that it was 10:30 but she said that it was 10:31 and that theycould not serve me. I waited in the drive through line for a couple of minutes so I ask if they would make an exception but saidthey did not have any eggs. They really do not understand customer service as they found any excuse not serve a disabledveteran. Read more
If this Panera can't fill a cup up, giving me barely enough to fill half a bread bowl, then I'm not coming back. I'm not paying... This much for a bread bowl to be shorted like this. Taste is great, which is why there are 2 stars and not 1. Read more
We stopped this Panera on our way to Walhalla. Entered and walked up to the counter, where there was no one to take our order.... After someone down the line yelled for someone from the back to come out we were able to order. The cashier mumbled so much wecouldn't tell what she was asking us about our order. Food was fine, though tables were not clean. Husband went to the restroomand said it was dirty. Before we left I also went to the restroom. There was no toilet paper in one stall, paper towels were allover the floor and other paper product trash as well. The trash can was stuffed full. We bussed our table and the tray/dishreturn area was stacked high. Whoever was the manager needs to be better at getting their restaurant clean and staffed. Read more
