Worst pizza restaurant i have ever seen they always take 2 hrs to deliver always cold.
This is my preferred Papa Johns by far. I love the workers. They're a great group of people, they make consistently great food,... and they've never messed up any of my orders. And just look at the awesome job they did with my Jack O Lantern pizza. There wereolives on the eyes, but I took them off. Lol. I'm charmed. Thank you guys for amazing service and delicious food! Extremely rude and completely unprofessional. I called to place an order for pickup and when my brother got there to pick it up... it was incorrect. He was told by the workers that they can?t remake it because it?s an online order. I CALLED! Apparently Ispoke to the call center and they messed up the order but that is somehow my fault? And it can?t be fixed. All they can offer isa refund and we get nothing. Needless to say we?re starving and annoyed. General management here is a joke! How can they expect employees to do their job when some managers and the general manager go... outside to smoke every 20 minutes and have nothing but excuses for bad work ethic! I love Papa John's! I place my order online and I can follow the process of them making it. I ordered The Works and it was so... freaking good, also ordered the Garlic Parmesan crust on it. I normally don't eat the crust but this was so good that I ate allmy crust and it was delicious from the first bite to the last. I enjoyed it and definitely will be ordering again.
