Found a foot-long hair in my son?s pizza. The manager Alec Oliver denied the hair belonged to any of the employees and insisted... with a smirk it couldn?t have came from there. I watched my son pull this ridiculously long hair out of his mouth which made himvomit. I have no need to lie that alone scam for a simple $26 order. This ?trained? manager picked the hair up without a glove.Then proceeded to horseplay and try to put the hair on his employee. I couldn?t believe how immature he was acting especiallydealing with this situation. As the manager he should have apologized immediately without me having to prompt him. The apology Ireceived was not sincere and very dry. If I would have seen how gross and unkept the manager looked I definitely wouldn?t haveordered a pizza from there. The half eaten pizza sitting next to the computer was also a red flag. I?m very disgusted anddisappointed. I can?t wait to call corporate. Please check your food for hair. Read more

Originally we purchased a Epic Pepperoni pizza. When we got it there was no pepperoni on the pie. Pappa Johns agreed to... reimburse us with a free pizza. Ordered again EPIC Pepperoni Pizza. It may have been free but it was the worse pizza we haveever eaten. Had to throw it out as inedible. NEVER AGAIN. People stay far away from Pappa Johns on Clemson Blvd in Anderson. Read more

Placed an order online, it said that it was done so I went into the store. I told them my name and was informed that it would be... about 8 more minutes. Then after standing there for almost 15 minutes, she tells me that they never even made the pizza. Sheoffered me a dessert, but that doesn?t make up for the fact that I?ve done waited over an hour. I understand being understaffedbut when half your staff is on their phone, running around, and not working.. it makes it hard to feel bad for them.Establishment is not ran well, the managers need to stop playing friend to the works, and run their business.That?s not even tomention the fact that I did not see one person with gloves on. I was so disappointed in my order. I ordered pizza and cheese bread. I waited over 20 minutes of the delivery time given to me.... When my pizza arrived I immediately felt that the box was not Hot and fresh. I legit had to put my pizza in the microwave for itbe warm...and it was blackened on top like it cooked a little too long. The icing on top was my delivery person expressed joy ofbeing at my home bc I was the last stop of the evening. I understand being tired and ready to go home but in customer serviceindustry that's the last thing u express to then person that ur supposed to be serving with a smile.
