Placed an online order and was told it would take 15 minutes. I get to the window right at 15 minutes (I?m on my lunch break by... the way) and wait at the window for 3 minutes. Drive around to the front and the doors are locked. I thought, Fine, I?ll justwait until someone comes to the window. Finally a girl shows up and seems annoyed that I?m there. My food is still in the ovenand she says I just placed it, which isn?t true. I had to wait for the next few minutes and when she finally did give me my foodshe proceeded to slam the window in my face. Rude and the food was less than desirable. My visit was a mixed bag. The staff was great and tried very hard to help us and the other group in the store. I think they are... just under staffed. Plus I think family members were hanging out in a different section. I don't want to get people in trouble,it just creates a different atmosphere than I was looking for. It was nice to find a sit down Pizza Hut in Anderson. I hopethey figure out the few issues they may have and become a home town favorite. Read more
Ordered a Detroit pizza, No sauce whatsoever on it, plenty of cheese, but other toppings were scarce. For a $15 pizza as small... as it is,(smaller than most LC deepdish,) was dissatisfied overall. Have ordered plenty before, should have stuck to regularpan. Other than that, employees are fine, restaurant is clean, and service was quick. Read more
We didn?t get a single refill (i didn?t have a drink while eating? Okay) and our waitress didn?t even check on us and left.... After about 20 minutes of waiting we decided to leave The person i assume is the manager then locked us in at 9 am (whileforgetting we are there) and proceeded to close. I had to ask if we could leave. Our waitress then came back with a lasagna. Iwould give zero if possible. Absolutely terrible. Read more
The food was extremely greasy. The manager was rude. Their menus were not correct and they tried to overcharge us. We had to... wait over an hour just for our food. The salad bar was not open either. The poor waitress seemed overwhelmed and you could tellit was her first day but she still tried her best and was quiet nice. The music was also obnoxiously loud and gave out littleone a headache. We ordered just a stuffed crust and cheese bread. I really wanted the cheese bread because of how good it looked online. What I... got was not even CLOSE to the picture. It was lightly sprinkled with cheese and SO overcooked. Then the pizza crust was paperthin and hard. Idk what happened to this location but for what we paid I don't ever want to go back now after thinking this waspreviously the place to go when I wanted GOOD pizza. And they gave me a receipt with no survey code somehow so I couldn't evendo a survey. Staff was OK, floor in dining room needed mopped as it was sticky. Dining room as a whole was very clean. Breadsticks were... underdone as they were not crispy as other Pizza Huts as they were really the color of uncooked dough. The marinara sauce alsoseems to be watery as not much taste as usual. I hate to give a one star because the people that work here can be very nice, but the issues can't be overlooked. Usually when I... walk in one person is making everything, one person is prepping everything but often walks off and get distracted by otherstasks while the oven piles up with food that needs to be prepared (picture included), and everyone else is walking around tryingto look busy or just straight up playing on their phone and doing nothing sitting out in the dining room. Usually at least oneemployee is eating or hanging out with family members that apparently come to visit a lot. When Doordash or GrubHub deliverydrivers come in, the employees are always confused about what to do or if they even have the order. Employees, even if they aremanagers, are constantly having to ask for help or don't know what to do. They will not answer the phone in the evenings and youwill be on hold 15 minutes at least. Usually the entire store descends into chaos until about every 20 minutes whoever is themanager on duty looks up from the customer booth in the dining area where they are sitting and eating at or playing with theirkids to check and see what's going on.
