Love their subs...the people who work there are very friendly and its always clean and neat.
Friendly employees, Companies got a way to make people pay full price with having to have a App for a sale but Not letting them... know you have to pay with a card. It don't work with cash paying customers.I personally think that's wrong. Read more
Ok, I understand all new employees are in training. But when ordering a sub that clearly states on the sign what comes on it,... why is it that I ended up with a meat that was suppose to be on it missing from the sub. Ok . Yes I'm standing there. The best subway in Anderson (2704 S.Main St.) The women are always very friendly and give awesome customer service, they carry a... conversation with you and that goes a long way . Every other subway i've been to (and i've been to all of them) they are eitherrushing you to order, have had a bad day and they treat the customer like ????hit, they don't make eye contact and just a????hitty attitude all around.. All three workers had attitudes, messed up my order, and had a friend hanging out with them. One of the ladies asked if I wanted... a combo and I said yes and looked to see what flavors of cookies and chips they had then she got an attitude and raised hervoice and asked me again like I didn?t respond the first time. After I left their friend followed my car for 5 minutes staringat me. When I got to a red light he pulled in the lane beside me and literally hung out the window and stared at me and made mevery uncomfortable. He turned right and quit following me after that. First time eating inside this subway and definitely won?tbe back.
