It is 7:30pm on Sunday and the doors are open, but only for online orders. What the hell!! This is the third time we have ... stopped to get food to be told they are closed!! Overall good service! However when ordering a meatball sub make sure u ask for extra sauce because if not you'll get home with a... dry meatball sub just like we did. ???? Subs are always good but..... the last 3 times me and my wife have gone here has been right around 9 pm. We have a 1 year old... and usually try to get him in bed before we do dinner. So coming at 9pm all the outside lights are turned off, the open sign isoff, they look completely closed. Walk in and see no one. Worker walks out momentarily and is clearly not happy we have decidedto eat dinner. Lets us know they are out of all bread except wheat. All of the veggies are already put up. Just veryfrustrating! We ended up getting the subs because as you know, if you live out this was near highway 24 there isn't manyoptions. I decided to write this because it's the 3rd time this has happened in about the last 2 months. Is there anyone holdingthese workers accountable? I'd love to be able to speak with someone in charge. They need to hire Good Help! I waited a good 3 min. for someone to notice that I was waiting for service while a worker was... talking with a friend that came to visit. I could hear workers talking in the back as well. I finally had to interupt theconversation up front to get help. Not busy at all but most tables were very dirty and the trash can was seriously overflowing..could not take more trash! Workers walking outside to chat with friends while place was a wreck!!
