I was the only customer in the drive-thru and the worker inside did not come to the window at all as I waited. She seen me when... I pulled up, I waited for at least 10 minutes. After I noticed that she wasn't going to come to the window to even take my moneyor let me know she was working on two other subs inside, I pulled off and left. Terrible service. No sense of courtesy forcustomers. Could easily be misinterpreted as a racist situation where she did not want to tend to a black customer. That couldor could not have been the case as well. I received my with burnt bread to the point that the bread taste scorched. I had to piece around the sandwich in order to have a... little lunch. Due to my work schedule I was not able to go back to Subway to have them replace my sandwich. I called a coupletimes to speak with management but the phone just rang. I went to the store the following day to show the cashier. (Who waschewing food when she came to greet me). The cashier immediately presented attitude when I told her about the sandwich and evenshowed her a picture with a receipt. The female stated She would NOT replace my order without the messed up sandwich. I askedher how to get in contact with her manager. She rudely said She will be here Monday. I then asked for the Corporate number shethen replied 'You can find it yourself'.She asked if I ate the sandwich I said a couple bites. The bread was burnt. She keptsaying I should have bought it back. There was a full scale verbal exchange about a 6in sub. I asked her what her name. Sheliterally ignored me and walked away. She tells me to make sure I let Corporate know I ate the sandwich. I responded I will andreport your conduct. It was absolutely disgusting. Read more

Can't afford it anymore. Foot long, chips and a drink is nearly $20 now. New subs are good. Service is good at this location.... The price is what will keep me away. Read more

Lazy and rude workers. I came 15 minutes prior to closing the sign open was still on. When I came up to the door and it was... locked. The lady that was working there turned off the lights as soon as she seen me walking up to the door. Read more

Went through the drive thru ordered on the touch menu. Asked for a chicken bacon melt and got home to find that they had gave me... a spicy sub. No excuse for what they did. Do Better! Read more

Walked to he store 20 minutes before closing time, and as I walked up to the door at 9:40 before they close at 10, guy saw me... about to walk in and locked the door in front of me and just stated at me watching from inside. I know you close soon, but I'veworked at subway before and they aren't that hard to make. Really locking the door in front of someone before your closing hourand just staring at them though? Ordered from their online app and that worked well. Tried their pizza for the first time and it was decent. It wasn?t great... but what you?d expect subway to have. Good thing is there?s a lot of toppings to pick from and they didn?t skimp on it. Read more
