Called in and placed a to-go order today at 8pm (Monday ? 5/18/2020) for Pad Thai with Beef. Initially, a team member answered... my call with what sounded like a soft spoken mumble. I couldn't make sense out of it and replied in confusion into an ambianceof kitchen white noise and light conversation. I hung in for a minute or two and the team member returned to the line topleasantly take my order. As estimated, my order was ready within 15 minutes. The woman working the register was kind andcourteous. Upon picking up my order, the Thai Spice phone rang and the woman at the register answered the call and replied "please hold" until she finished processing my payment. So if you call in and can't make sense out an initial response, they areprobably just asking you to hold for a moment as they tend to present customer.
