Supposedly closes during the night when they?re supposed to be open 24/7? I?ve tried to go several times around 2-3am and they... always state ?they?re closed because they just had a rush? or ?we don?t have any clean silverware? If they?re just going to beopen for carry-out that?s fine (per sign on the door), but I don?t see how anyone can order carry-out when the doors are lockedand ALL the employees are out back smoking when you pull in? Pathetic! 3 servers and a cook...friday night at 1230...well...sat morning. We walked in to 1/2 the restaurant closed off and... the rest od the tables covered in diners trash..."WE ARE ONLY OPEN FOR CARRY OUT ORDERS" We won't be back. It is like thisevery.single.time. we are over it! Read more
I went into this waffle House last night. And I always go to waffle House and get the same meal which is the breakfast meal at... the bottom of the menu that is $5.35 or somewhere around there. When I got ready to order it the lady told me that I could notget that because that means it charges separately. I told her that I always get the same thing and no one has ever told me thatthey have to charge the items separately. It literally says it on the menu that all of those things come together. She tells me,no it's cheaper if you get one of the items above. I continue my order and stop again and say but ma'am this says $10, and Ialways get the meal that's $5.35 (or whatever it was.) She tells me that no it won't be. Needless to say when we got our checkthat meal was in fact $10 for the same exact thing that I usually get for $5+ at any other waffle House. It was really late andI was just tired and ready to go home I told her that I did not like that and I went ahead and paid however I was going to call.I look on Google to call this morning and this waffle House is the only one that does not have a number.
