We always ride our Harley Davidson here on Sunday for lunch. They have the best food for a little bar restaurant. The onion... rings are fantastic, taste like they are home made. Everything think on the menu is good ???? You don't have to have amotorcycle to stop here. Try it.... you'll love it. Read more

Still that great feel good atmosphere you only get at Yanks, but went for the food this time and wasnt as impressed. Got the... hamburger steak which was huge but way overdone and hard. Service was awesome and price was fair. Great place if in the area. Read more
I love this place, always have. We showed up with a group of 14 and sat down inside immediately taking up 3 tables. Staff is... always friendly and attentive. Ordered our drinks and appetizers, they were out within minutes. Ordered our main courses and1hr went by, 1hr 30min went by, no food. They were at 30% capacity. Our server came over and said the internet went down so ourfood was delayed. Obviously not her fault or the kitchens fault, although a heads up a little earlier would have been helpful. We are at 2hrs now and still no food. 2hrs 15min food comes out.... well all accept 1 plate. 15min later his plate came out,apparently it was missed when they were having to write hand written tickets. Good thing it wasn't packed at 100% capacity orthings may have gotten ugly. Obviously if this was my first experience at Yankees the rating would have been 1 star and an I'llnever come back. But since I've been riding there from Houston for almost 13yrs, to attend functions, funerals, and just for aride with my buddies. Great roadside, biker, cowboy, road-tripper friendly eat and drinkery. Menu includes everything from burgers, sandwiches and... tacos to fried catfish. Soft drinks, tea and beer are available to quench your thirst as well. Very friendly staff serves upmade to order food that?s tasty but not super fast. However it is worth the 10 to 15 minutes it took. Plenty of indoor seatingbut I?d suggest shaded outside seating if you?ve got nice weather. Read more
It's a beautiful ride into Yankee's Tavern, which is kind of in the middle of nowhere, no offense, Carlos, Texas. It's fun as a... motorcyclist to be among others, talk riding, talk bikes. And YT is not just a Harley biker bar. All makes were there and muchmixing and talking. The food, frankly, is average to above average, basically what you'd expect, but it's not bad and the pricesare pretty reasonable. It's not a reason, specifically, to ride a long way to get there, but it's the rides and thepeople--along with good enough food--that make it a worthwhile place to visit. Read more
I go here as a regular destination for group rides. Beautiful scenery if you go there using the back roads. Plenty of... countryside and the national forest. Food is pretty good. Prices are about average for eating out. Beer is cold. Usually havesome kind of music going. Great place to meet other bikers from all over the area. Read more
