Dunkin should be sure the folks at the window know how to make change. My order was for $6.49 & I gave the girl $7.00. She gave... me .20 change & said she was short a penny. I gave it 2 star because out of doughnuts at 10:00 am, burnt hashbrowns, and got our order wrong. Operations need to change!
Disgusting. Absolutely filthy. 9:30 on a Saturday morning. The floor is a mess, every table is dirty, garbages overflowing, and... moldy drink cooler. Orders stacked up with no one knowing who they belong to. The owner should be appalled. Read more
Served us burnt hash browns. We took them back and the manager told us that is how they make them. Never apologized and all of... her employees were rude and argumentative!! Shame on this company they do not fit in Andover anyways. Read more

Dunkin coffee used to be so good and the drive thru used to be so fast. I could say the word ?used? all day but now they mess up... my order all the time, even when I order online for pickup or they always forget something. Sometimes the coffee tastes sour andthe avocado toast will taste the same. Wish I could say that I enjoy it, but Starbucks is just the better option Read more
