I have been going in McDonald's every day, for many years, ordering a large frappe, without whip or drizzle. Nearly every day... they fail to give me a full cup, although I'm paying for a full drink. I've had my clothes ruined by cups that have holes inthem and many times am handed cups with product running down all over the outside, dripping all over me and my car as I'm tryingto clean it up! I have discussed this with the managers, in the past. I will no longer get my Frappe there after getting onethat had a good 1/3 of the drink missing. I will post the pic, if I saved it. No, after posting on Facebook, I deleted it. Thefood is consistent in flavor however they do well to get the meat 1/2 way on the bun and I always have to reassemble it. Plus 9times out of 10 they make you pull over to wait for them to bring out your order. The last time I went in, I waited so long Ifinally went back in and politely asked for a refund, to which I heard an employee say, "I F______ hate rude customers!". Themanager replied, "Language!". The drive thru line was big, so I opted to go inside to place my order. There were a handful of people in the dining area. Not... more than 10 people all together. I placed my order. Very simple. 2a. Which is what I have ordered, when I eat at McDonald'sfor a meal, forever. This place has seriously gone down hill. Forget about getting service in the lobby. I stood in front of the register on... 06/13/2022 at about 0800. The staff didn't even acknowledge my presence. The would look at me and walk away. Their only concernwas the drive-thru. Another customer placed an order via their mobile app, and they ignored him too. Their are PLENTY of otherbreakfast options in Andover. I walked out and went to Spangles and was great with a smile and got immediate service. Read more

I have came to this McDonald's for almost a year now and everytime I order food there is always something wrong or missing. Not... today! Today I open my bacon double and it has a long black beard hair in it.then they try to make me pay for a blue raspberryfreeze that I didn't ask for. Tried to call the store and they hung up on me.
