The quality of customer satisfaction and assurance has gone drastically downhill since the summer started. Management does not... seem as customer oriented as before, and portions are smaller for more expense. It?s just not worth the drive anymore. Read more

First Time to Papa Murphys in Andover, & wasn't sure what to expect. I've never been to a "Take & Bake" pizza place before. Let... me just say... This place, staff & pizzas are great! The girl that helped me understand how the whole thing works, was Kaitlyn.She made us feel welcomed & gave us an amazing experience. You can tell making the customers happy is their main priority! I went into the Andover store to order a couple of pizza. The one who waited on me have long hair that was not pulled back. He... bent over to get something and his hair went into the pizza sauce on the pizza he was making for me. I told home to throw thepizza away and make me a new one. At that point he went into the back room and never came back out. The other 2 employees made anew pizza and took care of me. I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza. It cost almost $14. When I told them it did not have much toppings on it they just... stood there and looked at me. Very rude. Pizza was not very good. I feel that a take and bake pizza should cost less than onecooked by Pizza Hut or Popa John's, but it cost more and not nearly as good. Wont go back. Read more
