My 8 year old grandson was starving and he wanted to eat at the Rio Grill. He and I ordered this huge burrito and my wife had... Chili Relleno. Everything was perfect and I do mean perfect. What was amazing is my grandson ate half of his monster sizeburrito. He and I took our remaining portions home. We also had guacamole, empanadas, chips and salsa. Again perfect. Andyes my grandson ate plenty of this as well. He is skinny and I really do not know where he puts it all. Lastly I had a housemargarita which was very good for 5 bucks and a tequila flight. The tequila flight was presented very well and I was allowed tochoose 3 tequilas. The server was outstanding, had a great smile and new everything about the huge menu. I ordered Rio fajitas. The shrimp was good. The beef and chicken were horrible. Not only was there no seasoning but they were... like jerky. Very small dried out pieces of shoe leather. I could not finish because they were too hard to chew. Our server wasmore interested in a female coworker than taking care of his customers. My friends meal was also very subpar. My husband heard some good reviews, so we decided to have lunch here today. We both were very glad we did. Our service was ... great, he was very attentive to our needs. The food was outstanding. It was served hot and severed in a timely manner. If youlike guacamole, you really need to order theirs. I honestly believe it is the best in Wichita.
