Went here last night, the night after the tornado, we have no power so sadly we went here. Upon ordering the woman who waited on... us was horribly rude. The other employee was on the phone arguing with his children, taking their order and yelling to them,whatdo you want? I don't even eat at subway! That's fine but really? In front of customers? We continued and I said to the lady thatthey were lucky they had power, she replies so hateful, I don't know how lucky we are and slammed down the sandwich. She goteven more rude when my husband ordered. He ask for a meatball sub and she said verbatim, the meatballs are cold and I am notheating them up!. Gets worse we go to pay and I ask what her name was, she said why? I told her she was rude and I wanted tospeak to her manager about this incident, she tells me that she has no name and shoved the reciept at my husband. She told us togo ahead and call the manager, she wont believe you anyway! The other employee who had been standing right there went over toher and they were whispering. I right then told them we wanted our money back, that we were not going to pay for bad service. Hetold us he didn't see or hear anything, but was standing right there. He did void the sale and on the way out the door I toldher that I would pray for her because she obviously has a burden. I am in disbelief how we were treated, especially given allgoing on in our community . I wish the owner would truly listen to this complaint! That speaks volumes about your establishmentand your employees, especially in a time of a disaster. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone. Way tokeep it classy Subway and your 2 angry employee's who have no name. I am ashamed of you and embarrassed to say you are inAndover! Read more

Upon receiving my sandwich and leaving the store, a fight broke out between two men. The fight happened RIGHT OUTSIDE THE STORE.... Cops were called, the fight was broken up from my efforts and someone else. The sandwich was soggy and overheated from theweather. I asked if the store could possibly remake the sandwich, with the sandwich at hand, and was denied. Customer servicecould be more understanding. Manager was rude. Read more

Customer service the guy working behind the counter is mad at his job not the customers fault. Everyone picks where they work... try somewhere else if you're going to throw the customers food or have an attitude when asked what to add on your sandwich. Thelady working there was nice. But I would not spend 50 bucks on dinner to be treated rudely. Read more

I work days so i go to this subway at night and only if I know the two best employees are working and when I see their vehicles... I?m there. They both typically work 6-7 nights a week so pretty much always guaranteed to be there. If you know you know ????y?all are the best and the vibe is always A+++ when I come in. Read more
