I went through the drive through. The wait wasn't long, they got my order correct, the food was nice and warm and the service... was good. Really not much more can be said for fast food drive through. Keep up the good work, guys. Read more
If I could give a negative I would!!! The staff has absolutely no personality. They seem irritated to even do there job. Not... all of them are this way, but the majority are. The burritos have minimal filling in them and the same with the tacos. Godforbid they give you your straw for you drink while you're for them to give you your order. When asking for it I was told itwill be in the bag! I told them I understood that, but would like to have it so I could take a drink while waiting. I was againtold it will be in the bag. The guy handing my wife and I our food was just rude and wouldn't budge on a dang straw! Then weasked for soft tacos and they gave us hard, they kept the receipt, we literally went from the drive thru to the front door totell them. They argued with us about not having a receipt even though they just saw us. What a joke of a fast food restaurant. Andover TB is horrible. Read more
