I'd say management should be ashamed of the way they run this location, but let's be honest, the only managing going on is this... store somehow managing not to get shut down by corporate. Last time I visited, I waited for 10 minutes at the drive throughorder station before pulling up to the window to see if anyone was working. They were open, sure enough, they just weren'tbothering to take drive-through orders. Tonight, exhausted and out of time to cook, I went and the food was atrocious. Let'sdisregard the fact that the drive through worker didn't say a single word to me, failing even to tell me my total as she took mycard. Back to the food - here's a picture of my cold and insanely salty, inedible fries - if they mixed in cardboard from thebox, I probably wouldn't be able to tell! Not to mention the dry, room-temperature burger. I usually don't go Karen mode onhere, but if you're going to flip burgers for $15 an hour to make your living, at least take some pride in it. Every restauranthas their difficulties right now, but this store lacks leadership. Read more

Best Wendy's location I've been to so far! Friendly staff and great service while the waiting time in the drive thru was pretty... fast. They never messed up any orders and the food always comes out hot. Read more
Almost every time we order, the food is fresh and the order is correct. Sometimes they slip and we get cold fries, incorrect... orders and missing dip for the kids nuggets. But the good outweighs the bad, so we continue to enjoy the taste of Wendy's herein Andover. Read more
While my cheeseburger was OK, the fries I received were neither hot nor crispy. Also it looks like they dumped a small package... of fries and a large container called and called it good. Plus, they were extremely salty! Not great. Confusing one-way parkinglot, too. Read more
This used to be one of my favorite places to stop and get food after work. It was almost always fresh and the order was correct.... After the remodel, it seems it is all new staff. The food quality is the same, but I sat in the drive through for nearly 35minutes today. The parking lot only had several cars in it and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. I don't blame the staff, itlooked like there were only 3 employees inside running the whole restaurant. Read more
