It was my first time ever at this location. I placed my order online, when walked in for pick up unfortunately I only had cash.... I handed the cashier a $100 bill and said they dont change to break a large bill, not even in their safe. How can a place likethis not have enough money to change a large bill? Delivery guy parked his car in my neighbors driveway and called to let me know he arrived instead of going to my front door and... delivery the food. I also ordered 2 2LT soda and he brought it to me 2 20oz soda. I called the driver back and he told me it wasmy mistake and to call the store! Read more
so, it's not like i expect a ton from domino's, but they managed to disappoint today. i placed an order online at 5:08 which... said it should be delivered in 26-36 minutes. at 5:58, the order tracker was still on step 1 and nothing had been delivered, soi called the store. whoever answered the phone, began to explain to me that if i'm seeing that the pizza's done that's notalways accurate because they're not "on the same time" as the website and then he said my order left "awhile ago." i told himthe tracker shows that nothing's been done, at which point he said, "yeah, i'm telling you..." like i'm an impudent five yearold. i spoke with a manager who didn't give his name and dismissed the fact that my food was now 15 minutes beyond it's promisedtime because the driver had to make another stop first. the driver showed up while i was on the phone. the food is lukewarm atbest and the pizza was tossed about the box. way to go domino's. you still suck. gave two stars because the order wasn't wrong.gotta give what little credit you're due. What a waste of money ordered 2 pizzas and a chicken parm sandwich and a soda. The genius delivery driver stored the soda on top... of the pizzas obviously that squished the pizza boxes down and the cheese stuck to the boxes and grossly warm soda. The chickenparm had 4 tiny pieces of chicken on it no sauce and burnt cheese. I will definitely find another place for future orders. Theyobviously don't care about their customers here after they take your money. Save yourself and order anything else. McDonald'swould have been better than the garbage they tried to pass off as acceptable here. They are only good at ruining peoples foodhere. And don't get fooled by their fake reviews like the 5 star saying how great they are and then posted pictures of itemsthey don't serve like shrimp topped pizza and calzones.
