The food was good and the service is attentive and friendly. The space is loud and convivial and people are laughing and having... a good time. The low rating on the atmosphere is really something I've noticed on all my visits and that is the tables areattached to the floor by a metal column and the column at the floor has a metal collar around the pedestal and when you kick itit makes this loud metallic CHUNG sound and it's constant all the time sitting there eating hearing this sound as people's feetkicking the metal collar on the table pedestal. It's peculiar and probably only to me but it's annoying enough that I'm actuallyputting it in the review. Read more
Staff was mostly friendly and the food though I hear very good things was underwhelming at best especially given that it was $10... per person. For $30 dollars I could've gone and had an entire diner with my kids at a much better restaurant. I'm hoping if Ivisit again it doesn't taste like frozen, tasteless patties and is real ingredients as advertised. Read more
Burger! Not more or less compared to any other fast food just priced as a restaurant. They do have very very good French fries.
Pretty tasty burgers and fries. Unique menu options. Great service. The portion size could be a bit bigger.
Best burger place around. Their chicken sandwiches are my go to though since they're always juicy. The fries are ok but they... give a good portion so it makes up for it. Read more
Consistent quality burgers, portioned right to satisfy a hungry boy and his dad. Sweet potatoe fries are always a crispy hot... hit. Don't be the last to arrive. Disappointing... staff starting to cleanup the dining area 30 min before closing, puttingchairs on tables and mopping with chlorine while patrons are still seated and eating. NOT COOL! Read more
Burger?s were pretty good somewhat expensive for the quality especially since they do not come with sides. Service was rude with... me and had little patience. I ordered the Boom Burger which was very well made and put together, and the flavor was good, but itwas still unnecessarily overpriced for a claimed ?fast? food restaurant. I also ordered the french fries with bacon and cheese,and was utterly dissatisfied. They made me french fries and simply placed two slices of cheap orange American cheese on top ofthem with over salted bacon. In general the food was alright, but the service and prices were not. Taking off a star for serving us a raw burger (Uburger) and one because the manager refused to correct the mistake. Our server,... on the other hand, was delightful and the beer was excellent. Read more
