How can a gas station be so terrible ? Pumps don't work, no receipt paper at pumps, always out of basic items, the list goes on.... Go in for coffee in the morning and everything is out while 3+ employees stand around talking with each other. I will drive outof my way to avoid this gas stations Read more
Would give 0 stars if I could. Usually only 1 or 2 out of the 10 pumps work. And the card readers never work, you have to insert... your card a dozen times and then they make you pay inside anyways. Not even a full Casey?s. Smells really bad on the inside too. Read more
Doesn't have enough money in the register to break $100. Usually gas stations have a safe they can get extra bills from.... Apparently not here. Caused issues for me because he couldn't accept my $100 bill and I had nothing else. Didn't even check hisregister. When he saw my cash, he immediately told me he could not break it and that he only had $40 in his register. Makes mewonder what he did with the slice of pizza I grabbed and brought to the register. This now the third time I have ordered a pizza from this location and had problems. This time the Manger of the kitchen was... sitting and chatting with a Door Dash driver for several minutes before helping me, then I was informed they never checked fornew online orders and mine pizza and bread sticks had not even been started. I was so frustrated AGAIN and canceled my orderAGAIN. Do not order food from this location unless you are prepared for lots of problems!!!! Trying to add a second review,tried to get gas again at this location. Most of the pay the pump readers don?t work and no changes after reporting the issue acouple of months ago. We live one mile from this Casey?s and have started driving to the Ham Lake for Casey?s pizza. We had ordered 4 times from this... location and had issues EVERY time? Last night we were strapped for time and against better judgment ordered pizza and wingsfrom this location. I paid online and showed up to pick up the order at the stated time and was told it would be another 10minutes because there had been some issue. Frustrated, I opted to leave and come back to pick up the order. When I returned Iwas handed two pizza boxes and no wings. When I told them I had also ordered boneless wings they said they were out of bonelessbut could make me some bone-in wings if I wanted- another 5 minutes (which I didn?t have). They offered a cash refund for themissing wings, which I took. I was told they wanted to give me a free pizza coupon but that they couldn?t find them? This makes5 times that we?ve ordered from this Casey?s and we?ve had 6 issues! Read more
It has never crossed my mind to review a gas station before, but this one is so bad that I have to. Half of the pumps are "out... of order" for weeks at a time. The pumps that do work are the slowest I've ever seen. Tonight all of the pumps that wereactually working had an error message on the screen saying "pay inside." I left, and will not be back. 12/8 No gas at all! Worst "gas station" EVER! Filthy. Gas spewed out of the hose all over my car almost on my shoe! Looks like... they don't care at all. Go elsewhere if possible. Read more
