2nd time ordering a cake batter signature latte, once iced. Once hot. BOTH times the employee ( 2 different ones) made excuses... about putting the toppings on and said I ordered it wrong. Looks like they just want to save money on whip cream and sprinkles!Pathetic. Read more
The service is fast,however that Dunkin Doughnuts is owned by the other Dunkin in Newton. They get their Doughnuts delivered the... night before,leaving them to sit for like 6 hours before they open. And that's no lie or joke. The coffee in my opinion is theonly fresh item.i will not eat anything from that Dunkin. Read more
Stopped by to get a coffee and a donut, quick service,and fresh donut. Good place but no drive thru.

Unfortunately Coffees were not labeled and they were messed up. This Dunkin is usually a 4 star, unfortunately this time around... it was not. Usually a consistent good dunkin though. Read more
