The staff is generally friendly and my orders are usually made correctly. But no matter how many people are working, the service... is ALWAYS slow during lunch. I generally order online through the app. The "promise time" is usually 15 minutes after I order. Ileave my office at the "promise time" because I work within a mile. I still have to wait an additional 10-20 minutes. Since Ionly have a 30 min lunch break, I end up having no break at all. As much as I enjoy the food and the smoothies, I'm forced totake my business elsewhere for lunch. Read more
Ordered to this location by accident and tried to cancel it as we were unable to get on base and no one picked up their phone.... We called about 8 times. Not only did we waste our money, but the food and smoothies were also wasted. Very frustrated. Alsotried to email them and there is just no good way of getting ahold of anyone there. Read more
This has to be the worst tropical smoothie. I wouldn't recommend spending your hard earned money here. I wasn't even going to... waste my time writing this review because its a lot that transpired but its defiantly needed. I don't see how kay is able tokeep running this establishment. you need to reevaluate her as a manager. I've never felt so discriminated in my life. I cameto this tropical smoothie a few weeks ago. I waited in line for almost 15 mins before I was acknowledged, when I got to theregister I said good morning she didn't even speak, so It was said again" good Morning" then she responded. This location has noscene of urgency what so ever, I ordered the chia banana boost with very light sugar and extra peanut butter (how I always getit ) & I ordered a island green the regular way for my manager, just added strawberries. paid for my smoothie and waited withthe rest of the customers. people who ordered after me was getting there order before me yet I'm still waiting patiently,however they called my name and the other customer at the same time. I'm assuming we ordered the same thing, but i asked forspecific instructions. ( very light sugar, & extra peanut butter). why was my order made with someone else order who orderedafter me. ridiculous. so that mean you had me waiting longer than normal. unacceptable. I was so upset because the smoothie wasnot made how i asked them to make it because it was made in a blender with the other persons order, okay so i asked can i getthe smoothie made over because it wasn't made properly, the young lady on shift she was pregnant she told me no she couldn'tmake it over. i asked for a manager, the manager came to the front and said she will not make my smoothie over because it wasmodified i said how was is modified if i only added and extra scoop of peanut butter , so then i asked for a refund she said shecouldn't give me a refund. wow really so your meaning to tell me you cant go above and beyond for a custo Read more
Smoothies were unremarkable and service was very poor. It took about half an hour from the time we got in line (1 person ahead... of us) until we received our order. We could see three employees in the kitchen and it seemed like only one was actuallyworking. Not a well managed TSC. Read more
I've been to this tropical smoothie twice in 1 week lol. The second time I went this past Monday the young lady was there... working by herself. I felt so bad for her, it was lunchtime and I know she was busy. However, she was still very kind and got myorder correct. Poor thing the wait time was so long but I don't think folks were upset I just sat in the bench and waited forher to call me name. She was awesome, I hope they compensated her for having to operate entirely by herself. Read more
Prepare to wait a minimum of 30 minutes before you get your full order at this location. Most times if you get your smoothie... first you'll finish it while you are waiting before you get your food. Read more
