Pricey but you get what you pay for, from wine selection to appetizers and entree and dessert everything was great. They put... Peruvian spin on some dishes and some fully authentic Peruvian dishes. Nice atmosphere and great, friendly service. Even had abelly dancer though belly dancing is not Peruvian. Only criticism would be a little better signage in finding the entrance. Read more
We found this little hidden gem right before we departed from the area. Probably some of the best food around Angel Fire for... non-bar-food dining. There were four of us, we started with some yucca fries and truffle fries, wine, sangria, and margaritas. For entrees, two ordered the elk filet, one ordered a more traditional Peruvian dish that was similar to cioppino, and I orderedthe chicken fried rib eye. We all enjoyed everything very much. The elk was super tender and my rib eye was also very good. Weall had a healthy appetite from a 6+ mile hike earlier in the day and there were no left overs at our table. We were treated toa belly dancer for entertainment and then finished with a shared chocolate lava cake for dessert. The dessert fell a bit shortof the rest of the meal but it was okay, just relatively small and unimaginative. We will definitely give them another visitwhen we return to the area. Read more
A wonderful place, fantastic service, our waitress (unfortunately I don't remember her name) was amazing. one of the best meals... we've all had, we were a party of four and we all agreed it was one of the best we'd ever had. The cheesecake was off the chartstoo. I'd recommend Mikuna to anyone looking for a great meal in Angelfire. Read more
We came here as part of a small tour. Environment was airy & the views were great. We had a 3 course meal. The potato soup was... excellent, the main entree was fine but the pork was a bit dry, the chocolate mousse for dessert was good they gave us a tinyportion. Read more
Definitely the best food we had all week during my visit to NM. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and... well proportioned. If you are in the area you have to try it. Good beers on tap. Try the Elk and Lamb. Read more
