Although they can be slow with service at times, I always enjoy walking in to order. They are VERY short staffed however most of... the time they are working so hard to fill that void. Local who will never eat here again...this store is constantly going through new people so they are usually friendly but slow or... miss items on the order. It is what it is. Tonight was just horrible though, ordered 2 burgers and they looked like pictures ofthe moldy buns from the Russian Mcknockoff chain. Absolutely disgusting they would serve food this old. I didnt realize until Itook first my bite of one and the bread was so old it made me want to check it. I know it's the only Hardee's in the area, butis it really worth it?? Read more
Paid for food in drive thru, they forgot our honey mustard. My husband went in to get it and was told by manager we had to pay... for it. He told them we never got it. Im not going to do that..how about give me a full refund and take this now cold foodback. Poor management you loose 22.00 order bc you refused to give us what was rightfully ours. Friendly but not fast, forgot my fries for certain orders. Ordered over 40$ of food so yea bummer, was waiting for about 20mins... on a 30min lunch break. Had to repeat my order over 6 times. Ordered a 5 peice tender combo for dinner one evening and it gave me horrible food poisoning. I don't know if they were not... cooked all the way through or what. I could tell something was off with the texture but because I was dipping it in sauce andeating while I was driving it masked any unusual taste. Just be careful, I know mistakes happen but I wouldn't wish this feelingon my worst enemy. Read more
