I am a nurse getting called into work due to low staff ratios. I stopped for something quick, nothing out of the norm. I ordered... a burger and a milkshake, hoping that would hold me over for 12 hours. Forgot to add a fry. I paid then remembered to add it.Seen there was only one person behind me, and they had over 5 people standing around that I could see from the drivethru window.So I asked for them to add one. I was told by Victoria, who I was told was the manager on duty that would not be possible. Eventhough I come by this McDonald's frequently and tolerate when they give my 5 times cooked fries and smashed burgers, forgetitems, wait sometimes 30 min in line for a meal.....never complained once. Its McDonald's. Haven't been to to many that seem to get it right. Every once in a blue moon I crave a Big Mac when I'm doing... the happy meals for my kids. Today was one of those days. Although the presentation was pleasing the cold patties and limpfries were not. Couldn't help but feel cat fished like a dating profile picture with my food today. We'll see in another fewmonths if it's any better or if their let downs are atleast consist. Read more

This is the rudest McDonald's ive ever been to. Everyone has a bad attitude. They get mad at you when they mess up your order... and that's almost everytime, they can't get it right. The food is always cold, buns and biscuits are hard. Managers walk aroundlike they are blind to what's happening they just don't care. I understand it's McDonald's so I don't expect much but they areridiculous. Read more
Theoretically, McDonald's restaurants should all be about the same. Consistency is key and all that. We all know that's not the... case. Personally I am happy with the McDonald's we have here in Angier. It might be basic as the kids say, but they're quick andget it right most of the time. I've only had one bad experience here, and it involved the ice cream machine which has proven tobe a technology not yet manageable by humankind. Read more
It's bad how you specifically ask for something and you get the opposite. I asked for the two cheeseburger meal with NO PICKLES.... And yet they disregarded my order and gave me what they wanted to give me. This McDonald's is not so bad since being this not myfirst time stopping here. And I just left this establishment. So they only received 2 stars because the fries was hot for oncearound this time. Read more
My lady myself and our friend ate there the other night, a young lady who just recently was hired, waited on us, and went... beyond the call of duty, took care of our order,was friendly yet business oriented, the female supervisor kinda got us off to arough start, yet thanks to the new hire young lady, turned what could've been a bad experience into an awesome experience. ThisMcDonald's does have a certain unique way they make their burgers, and makes their food better than most McDonald's. So withthe exception of a few rude employees, this is a good place to dine!!
