Driver left pizza on porch, on the floor. Contact delivery was NOT requested. I told the driver that wasn't cool - he didn't... even ring the bell, I just happened to see him. He got belligerent, used foul language. This was not a Door Dash or Grubhuborder - this was a pizza hut driver. Read more

They quit making the chicken ranch pizza so, I did the build your own, I paid online & tipped. So, I get home with my pizza and... it barely had any toppings on it. Very little chicken, I ordered tomatoes on half, got a few tomatoes on a couple of pieces.When I say a few tomatoes I mean about 5 or 6 diced pieces of tomatoes. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll go to another one before Igo back to that Pizza Hut and I won't tip until I see how my pizza is made. I work hard for my money too. Read more

I had a little difficulty placing the online order but that was me. I am not computer savvy and never ordered online before. I... finally learned how to do it, with the help of my granddaughter, and ordered my pizzas, they told me they would be delivered in30 minutes. Well, I am so impressed! They were delivered in exactly 30 minutes! The pizzas were really hot and so were theCinnabons! Everything was delicious! We really enjoyed it. Now that I know how to do it we will be ordering again. Guess this location gets to decide if they are going to actually deliver a pizza. I don't blame people for not wanted to work at... places like this. No call, no answer, no delivery. Been sitting waiting for 2 hours with nothing. Shame honestly... Update:Location cancelled the order. Guess they have the power to do anything they want in the store. Had to find out from customersupport. They cancelled it right after they received it. Top tier service you got. Poor guy has to apologize for this location'sinconsiderate employees. Read more
Quick enough to deliver, but not much else was a plus. They do not know what a pan pizza is. Per the unapologetic employee on... the phone, the image attached is a pan pizza because 'it's pan dough' so even if it's totally flat, it's still a pan pizza. Lastcouple of deliveries for pan pizza both looked like this. They also boxed cheese sticks and a brownie together because whodoesn't love garlic scented brownies or chocolate scented cheese sticks?
