It's 4 pm today, the chicken tenders are old and cold. The roll was cold, I was very unsatisfied. I called the manager on duty,... and she claimed the chicken was fresh only about 5 min old. Clearly this was a lie, I couldn't even chew through the chickentender. And it was cold, if it was fresh it would still be piping hot....I will not be coming back to this location. It's twice that I've tried going through their drive-thru and got the worst service ever the first time the young man actually... told me he feels like I have attitude with him which fine great glad you're assertive like that then the second time I gothrough it's for a tee evidently me and the gentleman behind me both ordered tees the person in front of us had a big order theydecided that the guy behind me can have his tea I have to wait for the big order then I get up to the window they haven't evenmade the tea yet I got a retell them what I've had all the while no thank you no smile it seems to me this place is so rudewaiting for a customer to get upset so that they can try and tell them they're the rude person this place is ridiculous Read more

This place is so underrated. The chicken is fresh & crispy, and the side options are awesome. Cheese sticks, fried pickles,... fried okra, jalapeño popper bites. Tried it for the first time a few weeks ago, just went again, and will definitely be back. Read more
They only got 1 star because it wouldn't let me put none. I grew up eating here in Denton tx 15 years ago. It was amazing so... when they opened here me and my wife went there and ate few times. But after today won't be coming back here. Food was coldroll, was cold and hard manager said chicken was dropped 5 mins ago. Everyone knows old chicken from fresh chicken ????.
