While ordering there as usual they don?t have the ice tea next to the other drinks. You have to wait for someone to fill your... drink for you. In this time of Covid it makes me a bit nervous having a stranger fill my cup. Like a good citizen I waited forsomeone to be available to fill my cup with unsweetened tea. When someone did finally come my ice was partially melted. Hegrabbed my cup?was gone for a few seconds and returned with what I can only describe as watered down mustard water. Told theyoung man that, that was not tea to which he responded that it was. I reassured him that it was not to which he grabbed my cupthrew it in the garbage. Gave me a new cup and said there was no tea! I then ask for napkins and mild sauce and was told therewere none! My meal and grand childrens meal totaled $39.00. $39.00 for no iced tea, no mild sauce and not even a napkin towipe our hands and face with but the worse was the rudeness of the employee! If you don't want sour cream on your food, stay away from this Taco Bell. They are incapable of making burritos or crunchwraps... without putting sour cream on them, even if you specifically ask them to not put sour cream on them. Every time I come to thisone, they do this. I live 25 minutes away and every time I order from here, I get home and can't even eat my damn food becauseit's loaded with sour cream. The STAFF is ALWAYS GREAT and speedy!!! Very seldom do I visit; due to the food itself seemingly worsening. When I took a bite... out of the cinnamon donut things, I immediately spit it out. It tasted like pure grease that had been sitting. $6 totallywasted. Read more
It's a taco bell. It has fairly standard taco bell quality food. This is the second time we have had problems with the app not... sending our order yet taking money from our account. So I had to go in and reorder and cancel the other charge from the bank.When I went inside it was disgusting. There was no one else inside the store yet they had about 8 cups randomly sitting at dirtytables. The hot sauces in the container had exploded and sauce was all over the packets. It was gross. Worst taco bell I have ever been too. Every time I go their I have to make 2 trips because they forget something in my bag. The... picture included shows how shady they are with the portions. I asked the manager and he told me it is what it is because Iordered no lettuce. So 75% tortilla and 25% meat and cheese. This location is frequently out of things so be careful when placing taco bell app orders. Usually they offer some kind of... replacement option of equal price and with similar ingredients when that occurs so I tend to not mind too much about that. Theyare also bad about getting your order correct and sometimes there are missing items or items you customized are incorrect. Read more
