Been here several times. Several of the times I had terrible customer service. The only reason I went back was because my son... loves their nuggets. Today I had excellent service. Speedy and friendly service. Lots of smiles. I was there today 9/10/22 atabout 5:15 pm. Read more

It was an awful experience. I'm appalled. We had to yell or order to the man In the drive through he was to busy to come to the... counter. My daughters Happy Meal did not have a toy in it. Ordered around 4:10pm to get something to eat before driving 30+ minutes home. Almost finished eating and I look down & see... green/blue mold on the bottom bun of my burger. My 1st experience with the wagyu burger when it FIRST came out was ok. But that they it has returned, not so good. The meat was... not hot. The vegetables were soggy. The bread was a little stale. Even the fries were not fresh. They completed my order inrecord time. Suspicious?? A little side note... employees need to LISTEN to the customer. I placed my order at the counter to atrainee.
