After waiting 40 minutes for 3 chicken tender meal, I asked the cashier for a refund. After waiting another 10 minutes for her... to figure out how to issue a refund, my chicken tenders came out, missing the gravy I paid for. Went to the drive-thru and had to wait about 30 minutes for our food at 3pm on a Wednesday. The food we got wasn't worth the... wait. The cheese on our burgers wasn't even melted and the fries weren't fresh so I'm not sure why it took us so long to get ourfood. Waited almost 30 minutes for food and it was cold when it arrived. The attitude of the employees was horrible. Other customers... were also complaining. Unless changes are made at this location, I will not spend anymore of my money there. Something drasticmust be done to bring this location up to the Whataburger standards I have grown accustomed to. Harmon Dobson would not be happywith the quality of the product coming out of this location. The whole staff needs to be retrained. Read more
