After waiting 40 minutes for 3 chicken tender meal, I asked the cashier for a refund. After waiting another 10 minutes for her... to figure out how to issue a refund, my chicken tenders came out, missing the gravy I paid for. Every employee at this locationis either high, or has the mental acuity of a lobster. Read more
Went to the drive-thru and had to wait about 30 minutes for our food at 3pm on a Wednesday. The food we got wasn't worth the... wait. The cheese on our burgers wasn't even melted and the fries weren't fresh so I'm not sure why it took us so long to get ourfood. Giving 3 stars because our orders were at least correct and the employee working the drive-thru was friendly. Read more
Waited almost 30 minutes for food and it was cold when it arrived. The attitude of the employees was horrible. Other customers... were also complaining. Unless changes are made at this location, I will not spend anymore of my money there. Something drasticmust be done to bring this location up to the Whataburger standards I have grown accustomed to. Harmon Dobson would not be happywith the quality of the product coming out of this location. The whole staff needs to be retrained. Read more
got trapped in an extremely slow line. My A/C crapped out on me on a hot day too. Took almost an hour to get my food and by that... time i was half dead. It was kinda funny though when no words were exchanged between me and the employee at the window. We justglared at each other. My food tastes great. But I?m really writing this review because of the lady who helped me at the last window. I didn?t catch... her name but it was a tall black girl with cute black glasses. She made sure I got everything I asked for and it was the bestcustomer service I?ve had in a while. She also helped me pay with Apple Pay because I forgot my physical card at home. Thank youso much. We had the banana pudding shake and it was good - mostly banana pudding with a hint of banana runts candy! The restaurant... needed some TLC with some cleaning and some maintenance. The parking lot needs expansion and the possibility of a door ding isever looming. But the food is hot! The people are friendly! And we will be back soon! Read more
Order two sweet and spicy burgers and chilly cheese fries . Got back home and no chili cheese fries call them and told them and... I went back to get the chili cheese fries and then told me no chili.
