The girls working here should be promoted to customer. These girls are lazy, rude, and clueless. They will watch you struggle to... carry out 3 large bags, a drink, and a gallon of lemonade, and won't even offer to get the door. I turned around and all 4 girlswere watching me try to get these bags out the door and to my car, all 4 engaged in loud personal conversations at the counter.It did not even cross their minds that they are receiving an hourly rate to assist customers, not gossip at the front. Had a bad experience trying to order over the phone. Person was rude and even though I explained I?m looking at the menu online... she refused to take my order. Online it clearly states that I can have 3 flavors with 20 wings. She was insistent that I couldonly have 2 flavors. I hung up and put in my order online with three flavors no problem. I eat here between my job on my route. They tell me its about 20 minutes and I understand that so I order ahead of time. My food... has always been hot and fresh. The gentlemen in the front costumer service is Superior. They serve great size wings also! Read more
Food wasn?t properly cooked. Not only for us but a lady in front of us was given a raw chicken sandwich. The employees have no... customer service and are extremely rude. Employees lack quality training and are very rude. The food also took forever, and came out wrong because the girl at the front... kept interrupting me. Food overall is good! But every time we order the estimated time is alway so far off. Today we ordered it was 19-21 minutes.... 45 minutes later. Takes 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich, all because they are "having problems". Slow staff that doesn't care, stood in line... because staff was to occupied to take our orders with 7 people in line. I love wing stop but will not be coming back to thislocation. DO BETTER WINGSTOP!!!!!! Read more
