Robert was very nice and I had missed breakfast by 20 min.but he got me something that worked. I really appreciated it.
Worked a 16 hour shift got there at 11pm , pulled in drivethru , employee said on intercom to wait to take my order cuz she was... going to the bathroom, ??????????? , waited 10 minutes, she took my order , pulled up to pay waited another 10 minutes,(thinking my food was guna be fresh , so I didn?t mind) my cheeseburger was horrible the meat was hard been sitting there allday fries ice cold , called n complained cuz I was totally disappointed, I just wanted a hot meal , and the lady said well mamwe close at midnight hmm ???? no exuse for bad food and rude service, I will not be back Read more

First off I would like to say I am by no means against disabled people working in food establishments! I had a very unsanitary... experience today and at no fault of the disabled gentleman handing me my food today. This gentleman is normally taking paymentat the first window but I already paid online and was sent to the second window for my food. I sat there waiting for my foodwhile he was there at the window talking about Minecraft or something, I smiled politely and couldn?t help but notice he wasdrooling out the side of his mouth and onto drive thru counter he got saliva on his hand and then was given food to pass to meout the window. I didn?t say anything cause I didn?t want to embarrass the gentleman. I am very sensitive when it comes to foodand bodily fluids and I know you guys are short staffed but this was too much for me! I?m usually not one to complain and I have no complaints about the food but rather the service. I went in with my boyfriend and... had been sitting inside waiting patiently since 10:22 and the worker was nice but only taking one order at a time and Icompletely understand that they were busy but it?s not fair when I was sitting there. I would totally not be mad if they wouldhave honored the fact that we were their before 10:30 but the fact that not only did they have hash browns and other breakfastthat I watched them take out to where ever they had to put it. Like I said I would have just liked to be honored and got thefood I wanted because I was there before the time. Person taking orders in drive through was very rude they can?t give you 3 seconds to decide what you want. 2 sandwich?s were not... what was ordered , breakfast burrito had so much sauce on it, it was not edible, dripping from the wrapper, very disappointingthat they still have the dining room closed Read more
