Carusos has always been an amazing restaurant and the food is excellent. However, when we entered the restaurant on our last... visit we were not greeted at all like all of the other parties were. My wife has recently had many dietary restrictions placed on her that going out for dinner seems more of a chore than fun time... out. The restaurant was so accommodating and helpful meeting my wife's needs. Our waitress was one of the granddaughters of theoriginal owners. Delicious homemade Italian food. Our whole party really enjoyed everything we ordered: calamari, breadsticks, salad, chicken... marsala, chicken parm, spaghetti with meat sauce, canolis. We started off with the breadsticks and mozzarella cheese stick apps. I had the Cod parmigiana with roasted broccoli. The wife... had the lasagna. Our daughter had the chicken strip basket. Food was hot and of excellent quality. The staff was very attentiveand friendly. Food was served in a timely fashion and drinks were frequently checked and promptly refilled. We didn't feelrushed and overall it was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. We will definitely be going back and HIGHLYrecommend this restaurant to anyone. Read more
