I have stopped at this Hardee's several times and have always been impressed with their fast service. Yesterday I stopped in and... my Dad wanted a coffee they do not serve coffee in the afternoon. We were going through the drive through and they volunteeredto go get him a coffee at the gas station that is in the same building. They're usually on point with taking your order in a timely manner, pretty good about making your food fresh and not handing out... cold food. Not too great at customization for your food (depending on what you get and ask for) but they at least do what theycan to make it to your liking. And the employees are mostly nice, some are excellent and willing to go the extra mile to makeyou happy, while only a very few are just impatient, rude and make you feel like a bother just for being there. But the goodfood, usually excellent customer service and short wait times definitley make it all worth it. :) Read more
1 ? this time,,, Wanted to order item #2 with curly fries chicken strips only,,, But the male cashier gave me #2 with regular... fries,3 strips with fries (made that a combo) and gave me a separate tray with mix of expired curly fries and regular fries andI ended up paying more money for stale food,,,, The cashier should always repeat the order before placing it and please don'ttake ur customer's for granted. The atmosphere here was INCREDIBLE! you could tell all the staff loved the manager. That makes a HUGE difference, it's not just... a workplace for those kids, it's a place that they can trust and develop more skills. Ok. So I normally don't rate fast food places, but this place needed to be mentioned. I'm on the road and came into this place... last night at 11pm. I thought that because of the late hours, I couldn't expect quality anything. I was wrong. Their food wascooked fresh and the best customer service I have ever seen in any fast food restaurant...anywhere. I'm an over the road truckdriver, so I have definitely seen more than my fair share. It was very impressive. Fast-forward to this morning, and I come inhere for a quick breakfast before hitting the road to Michigan and once again...the customer service and the friendliness of thestaff were above and beyond! The food once again, fresh. Whatever you guys are doing here, keep it up! Your whole team is ashining example of what every fast food restaurant should be. Thank you so much for your dedication. An acceptable Hardee's inside of a loves. The food was good enough and no intestinal distress. Don't know if it is all Hardee's... or just this one but they've gotten rid of some of their all star meals that were my frequent choices in the past.
