We had a very large order and this place was packed like I have never seen before. Our order was handed to us in 3-4 minutes the... entire staff was very polite and I can honestly say it was teamwork. Quality has gone down significantly in the past few years. Chicken tends to be over cooked or sits too long under the heating... lamps. Chicken strips are more breading than chicken. Unprofessional. I feel bad for some of the workers there. Especially some of the younger ones (that I presume are only... teenagers) that I've watched try to get help on something and get nothing. I do my best not to complain about wait times since Isee that they must not have a lot of employees, but their lack of coordination and teamwork is honestly concerning. I've had toreassure some of the previously mentioned workers that the wait was no issue after seeing them being overly concerned andstressed over asking for help and recieving none. I hope they start treating the employees better, or at least start to learnwhat a "team" really is. Read more
