We had a very large order and this place was packed like I have never seen before. Our order was handed to us in 3-4 minutes the... entire staff was very polite and I can honestly say it was teamwork. Everyone was working together no loud conversation and atno point did I see anyone get irritated or upset. I tip my hat to the entire group that's the best teamwork I have seen in along time. Quality has gone down significantly in the past few years. Chicken tends to be over cooked or sits too long under the heating... lamps. Chicken strips are more breading than chicken. I wish there was a 0 star option. Brandon the store manager was extremely rude. Went through the drive thru and asked for a... second to read the menu, was told that if i wanted to read the menu i needed to come inside, and that was what the lobby wasfor. I started my order and was waiting on one individual in my vehicle to finish selecting, told him it was going to be just asecond longer and he gave me my total and told me to move forward... I asked what his issue was and he stated he was being timedand this is how HIS supervision told him to act. Our experience at this restaurant today was absolutely horrendous! I was taking my husband out to eat for his birthday (this is... where he requested to go to eat). We went inside to order & dine in. We waited at least 10 minutes & no one would take ourorder?no one was working at the inside order counter! I tried numerous attempts to get the attention of a couple of workers thatwere behind the order counter preparing food, but no one would acknowledge us. I kept saying excuse me, could someone pleasetake our order?finally the manager poked his head out & loudly yelled at us?he said ?we are very busy, we?ll be out when we can,but it?s going to be quite awhile. I have no idea how long, but it?s going to be a long wait!? I have NEVER experienced arestaurant manager be SO EXTREMELY rude to a customer. There were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the entire restaurant, none dining in orwaiting in line, so there was no reason for his rudeness & lack of attention to his customers! This manager should be firedimmediately!! We will NEVER eat at this restaurant ever again! I will make sure I tell all of my friends, family, &acquaintances to NEVER go there as well. Chicken sandwich was so hard when I bit into it. The outside is suppose to be crispy and it was like a hard rubber, inside was... dry not juicy. Unprofessional. I feel bad for some of the workers there. Especially some of the younger ones (that I presume are only... teenagers) that I've watched try to get help on something and get nothing. I do my best not to complain about wait times since Isee that they must not have a lot of employees, but their lack of coordination and teamwork is honestly concerning. I've had toreassure some of the previously mentioned workers that the wait was no issue after seeing them being overly concerned andstressed over asking for help and recieving none. I hope they start treating the employees better, or at least start to learnwhat a "team" really is. Read more
