I walked into the restaurant behind an Amish family all waiting to be helped. After having conversation with a few of them they... all told me how much use and ?sassy? the manager was being. After waiting for 20 minutes to hear I had to use the kiosk to orderI understand why the Amish family wasn?t being helped because they couldn?t use the kiosk and had no idea how. The manger thentold them to leave if they were just going to wait there and told them she wouldn?t help them.
