I walked into the restaurant behind an Amish family all waiting to be helped. After having conversation with a few of them they... all told me how much use and ?sassy? the manager was being. After waiting for 20 minutes to hear I had to use the kiosk to orderI understand why the Amish family wasn?t being helped because they couldn?t use the kiosk and had no idea how. The manger thentold them to leave if they were just going to wait there and told them she wouldn?t help them. Never get everything I order, today grandkids didn't get their toy done going there. Couldn't get in door to get their toy.and... line long to go back.. very disappointed. How long would it take them to check receipt to make sure everything is right. Read more
I gave 1 star because no option for 0. Dine in area completely disorganized. Waited 20 mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Everyone... else waited as well. Manager was on site, but no effort to even explain to everyone waiting. Read more
Honestly everytime I've ordered something from them it's wrong. As well as rude employees.
90% of the time I go through the drive through here it's terribly slow and something is wrong with order. This time I get to the... pay window and something happened to the order and had to wait for the manager to fix it. After waiting for 5 to 10 minutes thegirl apologized for the wait and I moved to the pick up window to get my order. She handed me my drinks and sandwiches but nofries, then left. As I sit there and wait for her to return, she finally noticed I was still sitting there and ask what was Iwanted. I told her she missed my fries and asked what they were. I told her what was missing and got a puzzled look as she leftto get my fries and returned with the fries with an attitude and no sorry or any was said, just turned and closed the window andwalked away. I get home to find that the two mcribs I order had no BBQ sauce. They will not be getting my business again. Thanksfor the great service! Read more
I bought chicken nuggets with fries and a happy meal, we sat in the play area. Fries were a little too salty for the happy meal.... Otherwise food was great. Wish there was music playing though, would have made it more comfortable. Read more
