Currently doordashing and the employees are inside higher than a kite not answering doors or... drive through made us pull up and didn't give us our food for 45 minutes and only gave it to us after walking up to drivethrough window 3 times. Went through drive-thru. I was the 2nd car in line, behind someone who had a large, complicated order. I got to the speaker and... was asked to wait a minute to place my order. Ok. It became several minutes, people were piling up behind me, and they hadpulled the previous car forward, but still hadn't asked for my order. So I asked if they were ready. I was told that they hadto finish making the order ahead of me before taking my order. Someone else then came on and took my order. Then I also had topull ahead because "now I have to go make your food, too." By the time they also delivered my food, they had taken exactly 1more order. It was a good thing we were eating in the car sitting in the parking lot, because they didn't include a spoon forthe chili. And there were 2 napkins that looked like they came from the bathroom (s-fold, from a dispenser). The food was fine,but not to order (a plain single came as a single with everything). Where's the beef? It certainly isn't in this sandwich. It's the first time in a long time that I've ate at Wendy's, after this... experience I'm not rushing back. This is cutbacks gone wild, that Uber small piece of beef on the hamburger, wow, mostly bun.Staff was fine, service was fine, place was clean, the staff didn't set the standard for that sandwich, they just made it how itis supposed to be. Guys eating food on the line. Girls calling each other slang names and cussing. Yelling at the employees to get thef$#@k to... work! This was the worst case of all out chaos I've seen since prison! Complete overhaul needed!!! Read more
Decent food, and fast... I just wish Wendy's would step up their fry game. They're "meh" but everything else is good. The $5... biggie bag is a good value during a time when prices for everything else are getting to be outrageous. Read more
Update for today's service and food. Daughters baconator fries had burnt bacon on them. Excessive cheese and they are doing a... complete an order before the next order is taken drive through. She actually started vomiting after trying to eat it. I wantedto go back but she doesn't like to confront service people. Extremely sad and would give negative stars if I could. The foodwas fast and correct. Clean large eating area. Can be confusing restaurants to a restaurant. Read more
We went to Wendy?s today expecting it would be good. We ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and got halfway through it until we... noticed our chicken was RAW!!! The workers were super not helpful when we showed them and all they said was ?Someone pulled themout of the fryer too early.? Wow really because I have told you that looking at my RAW sandwich. Let?s point out the fact thatit?s super unsafe to serve raw chicken or consume it which can result in salmonella and in worse cases being in the hospitalfrom consuming RAW CHICKEN. I would not ever chose this location ever again and if I were you looking to find a good place toeat I would chose somewhere that doesn?t serve raw food. We had to ask for a refund and not even being refunded the correct way.The managers had on dirty clothes and the worker who checked us out was rude and unhelpful. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!
