We go every year to PA and traditionally make a stop here for great pretzels! This year the lady was hiding behind the oven,... paying no attention to the line of customers. It was almost noon and there was one single old jalepeno pretzel and two bucketsof pretzel pieces. The lady working was extremely disgruntled and said it would be half hour before pretzels were available. So we waited and approached the counter when she started placing pretzels in the front bin. She refused to serve us ?until thebin was full of pretzels?. Absolutely miserable person to be working in a customer service industry. She complained about howshe?s ?only one person? but having worked in customer service before, if you open at 11am, you are ready to go and provide yourcustomers with service. From the other comments, it looks like this place isn?t being managed properly. Read more

Stopped here twice in the past week, both times closed. 10 am is too early, 6:30pm is too late. Get your salt in for lunch! Or... sugar, whatever ya choice! UPDATE: stopped for the 3rd time, found out that "we don't use the app here". Are you kidding me? I'mnot doing an online order, I'm trying to redeem a reward in-store. This location is the worst. I'm contacting corporate afterthis... Go download the McDonalds and enjoy a McGriddle for DOLLA!!! Read more

What a surprise. Just like other reviews they were CLOSED. Almost 11:30am. The management needs to see what is happening. Put in... some cameras so you can watch your employees chatting and texting on their phone instead of opening the restaurant..lights wereoff and employees were pointing and laughing at people in the lobby. Not a good look, auntie. Read more

This was the strangest experience we had on our entire trip from Ontario to Cleveland (which was otherwise amazing!) There were... 2 staff working, but they both treated the customers waiting as if they couldn't see them - completely ignoring everyone for asolid 5 minutes, going about there business. Finally, the most disgruntled person I may have ever encountered took our order. The pretzels were great! I've never been to one of these restaurants before and I'm not sure if it's a chain or not, but myoverall sense is that it's a completely miserable place for the employees to work. Read more

If you are checking reviews for this stop, I highly recommend trying something else. Normally when I read reviews, I assume... that some people are exaggerating because they are upset about something. This was just legitimately bad overall. Terribleservice from young kids to just could not care less. The pretzel tastes accordingly. Walking up to the counter, the girl who isworking the register nonchalantly walked away from the register, behind a wall. The other was within visual range? Although tooinvolved than her phone to bother to look up. Took one bite? Placed the rest behind the driver seat? After trying a second bitelater? I just cannot bring myself to eat a pretzel this bad. Do you agree? Collectively, we decide which businesses surroundus. Try to support businesses that make better food, treat their employees better, and hire the right employees for thejob.
