This is my son and I's favorite date spot. It is more beach bar vibes than family diner but with the beach, hammocks, and... playground nearby it is quite the treat. Food is pretty good and not terribly expensive. Especially for a water frontrestaurant. More nights than not there's a band on the super cozy patio. Love Thursday wing nights. Thanks Turtle Joe's! Had a very uncomfortable experience there today. After parking and being told that there is a $10 parking fee, even though there... was no sign saying so anywhere, the man helping with parking told us ?no alcohol, no food? can brought on the beach. Fine. As Iunpacked the car he started taking things out of my bag and going through it to look for food and alcohol, in front of my kids,who does he think he is? Felt violated and my privacy infringed upon, I felt this was very inappropriate. Read more
The sunsets are very nice, but the food and timely service could be worked on. There comes a time when people should start being... turned away due to the huge wait time and no parking availible. With the restaurant full we were on an hour and a half food waittime. Other than that the waitress Amy was super good and did her best, but the kitchen was leaving them out to dry. Casual beach bar with great wings and a lovely view! Attentive service with Covid restrictions in place. Lots of outdoor... seating. A variety of live music most nights. Food and drink specials nightly. A wide variety of casual bar food options. Thebest thing in the menu in my opinion is the wings, they were huge! Order them extra crispy and they will come out perfectlycrispy on the outside yet still juicy on the inside. Atmosphere is great with the patio and beach and cornhole rental in the sand on the side. Lost a star because Saturday night... bartenders were having trouble and they weren?t even 1 deep. The place itself is great though. Read more
