Some of the appetizers taste like they were frozen but the entrees we?ve had have been delicious and well seasoned. Steaks are... great, never been disappointed. Front of house staff are amazing and are always exceptionally friendly, personable andknowledgeable about the menu. Read more
The restaurant wasn't very busy the server was nice the place was clean and the food was pretty good. The one thing that... bothered me about my visit was that one of my friends wanted their chicken wings coated in Hot-Honey which isn't a sauce theyserve my friend asked if they could take the hot sauce and the honey garlic sauce and combine them in the tossing bowl and thathe would happily pay for the extra sauce the server told use again they don't have hot-honey as a flavor we asked if they couldask the kitchen if it would be a big deal as we didn't see why it was an issue the server went to the kitchen and then themanager came to the table to inform us the kitchen would not be putting honey garlic and hot sauce on the wings that they don'tdo that there and when my friend said they had got it before at Chuck's roadhouse and that was all they did was charge an extrasauce and tossed them all together in the bowl. The manager had turned and started walking away from our table at this point shestopped and turned back to say well they shouldn't have I was a little blown away like wow where has the customer service gonethese days nobody cares At all it's just come give me money and don't forget to tip. I understand not taking some extravagantcustomer request but I literally ordered my wings with hot sauce and honey garlic sauce separate on the side and I paid for anextra sauce the only step missing was tossing it in a bowl for that reason I lost a lot of respect for the restaurant and theirlack of customer service Read more

I was traveling, so placed an online order at 4:30pm with a pickup time of 5:55pm. Upon my arrival at 5:52 - my order was not... ready - not a big deal as I was a few minutes early; however I did not receive my order until 6:20 pm. When I returned afterthe initial wait period, the staff ignored me while I waited at the front entry. When I did receive my order - the food wasexcellent and fresh&hot; so it seems they started to make it once I actually arrived to pickup. I am not sure why onlineordering is an option, if they are not going to have orders prepared based on the provided required timing (which was providedby default from the online ordering). My overall rating is only fair based on food quality and temperature (excellent), but anegative experience due to excessive wait time to receive my order, when they were given nearly 1.5 hrs of notice toprepare. This was my first online order with Chuck's - I am willing to take another chance in the hopes that this was anisolated incident. Read more
We took a chance going here and we regret it. Server was friendly but scattered. We got our food quickly, but the appetizer was... forgotten until we were almost done, then brought out. The food was terrible. Even our toddler wouldn't eat her grilled cheese.She LOVES grilled cheese. The place was also swarming with mosquitoes. I dont know where they were coming from but they wereeverywhere. Even in the bathroom, I couldn't finish washing my hands because they were flying at my face. Where do I begin. I was at this Chucks 2 yrs ago and had a completely different experience. First off, we decide to eat here for... Father's meal on the Saturday afternoon prior There were 4 of us mom ,dad, daughter, son-in-law. No greeter so I asked if wecould hit the patio, waitress had to check to see if it was open due to wind, no problem. Then during my conversation with mydaughter the waitress assumed I was shaking my head and complaining. Completely untrue. I straightened that out in a hurry. Wewere lead to patio by the only civil person who I believe was the manager (female). Waitress who served us had the personalityof a worm. Horrible, no pleasantries, zip. Food was OK. The clincher was she dropped all the plates on my daughter after themeal. Any other decent individual would have offered a discount or something. I was horrified that my daughter left a tip. Great food and service - we had the BBQ Spare Ribs and the Lamb Chops and had a bottle of Wayne Gretzky Cabernet/ Merlot which... was not only very good, but also reasonably priced. We also had their ButterToffee Bread Pudding for dessert, which wasabsolutely fantastic. Looking forward to going again to try the Salmon on a plank. Read more
