Very disappointed. pizza was burnt on top and the bottom was not cooked at all. The dough tasted like rubber. When I called to... complain to me and said I?m the only person that has ever called to complain about the pizza. I just took a quick look at somereviews and I saw the same issue more then once. No consistency & depending on the employee sometimes hard to understand. Last time, I went to pick up 1 pizza & there was 2 made... for us?! One time there were so many toppings on the pizza that it didn't cook properly & everything was falling off. The lastcouple times, the little amount of toppings were all in the middle & the top near the crust was dry with barely any sause orcheese. Not the same Pizza Hut anymore. Read more
I ordered a pizza tonight at 9:06 pm for pickup as the restaurant is not suppose to close until 10. I was about half hour away... but just wanted my order in when I had some free wifi service. Right after 9:30 I got a call asking if I was coming for myorder. I said yes I?m a couple minutes away. The person on the phone sounded annoyed but said okay. I show up before 9:40 andit?s closed..? So obviously they were waiting for me so they could leave is why there were visibly not happy. When I questionedabout it I got annoyed responses from two workers about them closing early. They made me feel like I inconvenienced them forordering a pizza prior to a stated close time. I was very polite and apologized and they still just came off fairly rude. Idon?t normally write reviews but I?m here finding myself bothered and wished I just ordered elsewhere. Pizza was good but I lostmy appetite after being made to feel that way. If you?re planning on closing early perhaps call the customers and let them knowI don?t know. I will order elsewhere nexttime. Read more
Not exactly pizza huts fault but the delivery driver dropped the pizza in a pile of snow and didn't knock and when I called... pizza hut because the website said its been delivered and I checked the door we always use and nothing was there. They just gaveme the general "it's 10 mins away" so I waited and called again and then they told me it was delivered 20 mins ago at the doorwith no lights on, the pathway ignored because we do not use that door. After 15 years of the best pizza, I got it..I had ordered 4 VEG PIZZA 1LARGE AND 3 MEDIUM ON 16 AUG 2021 around 2:30 noon. I use... to eat pizza hut frequently in various places in the USA & Canada but I never got pizza like that..one of the best originaltests of pizza hut pizza i got it here which I got 15 years ago somewhere in Toronto & Chicago. So I missing this pizza hutoriginal style test for 15 years. but I got here. definitely like to visit again this place.. Read more
Honestly I still love the classic pepperoni and cheese pan pizza they have, it sometimes reminds me of childhood. I only wish we... had the option to ask for well done because I feel like the kitchen staff takes it out of the oven too early. I order once aweek on average so its a common occurence and the only reason ill give it a 4 star at the moment. Read more
It's awful. We ordered pizza and wings deal online.. from Angus location.. took way over an hour for the pizza to get here... because the delivery guy forgot something and had to go back.. we understood, no problem.. but as time dragged on way over anhour and half. Pizza got here but no wings and it was really cold.. we called back and tried to be nice , wouldn't refund us.Instead says to send another delivery with extra wings. The person on phone was very rude and wouldn't listen to me. Anotherdelivery on wings that probably will take another hour. Will never order from that location ever again. Rude. Read more
I ordered online so my husband and I could pick up quickly during our work lunch break. Our server made us wait at counter... while he played on his phone. When he returned to pick up pizza he continued to play on his phone making pick up much longer andnot leaving us time to eat before returning to work. Read more
