Terrible and disgusting. They never cook the pizza, you get doughy pizza or thin crust that can?t hold the toppings that slide... off because the pizza is so floppy from not being cooked. Read more

STORE LOCATION DOES NOT HONOR 40 MIN DELIVERY POLICY (June 2022) I have ordered pizza and wings from this location multiple... times.We look forward to it all the time the wings are great. Last order we used the automated selection by phone indicating wewill order the same as last time. The delivery person drove to an address in Barrie, we live in Angus? The store location is a10 min walk from my home. After a couple phone calls with the driver we received our order, obviously very late. Pizza Pizza hasa 40 min delivery policy and after that time it is free. This policy is stated at the end of placing every order. The storelocation insisted that we must pay to receive our food regardless of their policy. The location tried to argue that we changedour address location even though the automated same order option does not allow for this error to occur?We also had deliverywith our last order without these issues? Sadly in the end our family was hungry and we paid for our very late order. I informedthis location that I would be writing a Google review of my experience however this did not impact the decision of Pizza PizzaAngus. Just tried the new poutine. Was the worst I have ever had. Fries were under cooked, about 3 pieces of cheese and cold gravy.... Gravy didn't even go all the way down the fries. Delivery was fast once it left the store, but driver didn't follow Deliveryinstructions. Read more
