Was there with a group of 5 on a Monday night. Waited an hour for an app and 3 pounds of wings. Made a whiskey sour with pure... lime/lemon juice and alcohol. When the food was served the appetizer looked like it was as re-heated by a microwave. Edges werecrusted and dip scolding hot, mean while the french fries with the chicken wings were damp and cold. Please note that there wasonly 8 to 10 other people in the bar. I?d understand if it was a Saturday night and packed with guest but a dead Monday nightwaiting an hour for food was too long. Read more
I ordered $200 worth of wings on the phone to be picked up. When I got there they said it wasn't ready. What they didn't tell me... was they had given my order to a different customer by accident and were waiting for them to return the food. Then they gave methe food that had actually left the facility with the other customer??? Disgusting. Tried to email HR with no reply. Read more
Service was excellent. But the quality of the food and pricing, is extremely disappointing. 17+ dollars for 8 wings and some... fries...ouch. The appetizers are clearly microwaved from frozen, and wings are likely about the only baked items. Read more
Came in with my boys and Dad! Taylor was our server, we were sat right away put in a spot that would accommodate our Stroller,... the nice gentleman cleaned a booth for us specifically, we order the little man's food right away and it came very fast! I had afew drinks and they were brought right away! The quality of the food was incredible, I highly recommend the breaded wings asthey are the most full and sauced up to perfection! They came with a side and everything. I highly recommend coming to thislocation. Very very busy. But able to manage the size and craziness of the restaurant. Ok so this place really deserves 1 star. Had dinner here literally 5 mins ago and the service was garbage from the landfill. It... took forever, we didn?t get any forks, had to eat our boneless wings with knives by poking them, the wings were so dry and mademe not even eat one whole wing. It was quiet but that doesn?t mean you don?t treat every table with good service. This place isnot worth 3.5, more like 2 at best. I wouldn?t go here. Just take the extra time to drive up to barrie and hit up my local wildwing (Mapleview) since I know they will actually do it right. Read more
