Had the fish and chips. The fish was good but the fries are horrible. If you are doing fish and chips at least have the decency... to use fresh potatoes. The nachos were ok, some were burnt, but she upsold us the large without asking. Probably won't be back.Too expensive. Read more

Had to wait 25 minutes after being seated. Had to call front desk to ask for service. Ordered beers and one came back wrong. Our... pitcher of sangria was chipped at the top and when we notified the waitress her answer was “oh I know, all our pitchers arelike that”. Our food was good but one order came with ingredients that we specifically asked not to put on the order. Iordered a dessert and the waitress came back to say I’m sorry we don’t have that dessert left. Had to choose another. In theend the manager came over and gave us all a discount on our bill. The food was OK. For for entrée, the tacos meat was dry and had 0 seasonnings. For the main course we took the burger and smash... burger. Both meat were overcooked (no red in there and very dry with no juice), the seasoning was lacking and for the smashburger it was just less thick, not actually smashed. The ceasar salad was not very good and used fake parmesan flakes. For 2entrées and 2 burgers with salads instead of fry, 90$ is very overpriced, its pretty much Wendy's or burger King type of foodbut in a fancier restaurent. Very disapointed because it used to be better. Beer was fine but coca cola was not sparkling at alland tasted like the cheap one they use in pre-made rhum and coke you can buy at convenience stores. Word of advice: Encourage other restaurateurs that are struggling because of the pandemic. STAY AWAY! Was on a date night last... week and ordered the candied bacon burger. Instead of receiving a juicy 2 patty burger topped off with a runny egg and a sesamebun; received a plain bun burger with 2 overcooked patties (that a teenager working at a fast food joint can do a better job @cooking), topped off with an egg that was cooked through and a quantity of bacon you could only spot using a microscope! Was ona date night and was asked not to make a scene at the restaurant so I shut my mouth and ate my meal. Tried contacting theircustomer service … all I learned in the 5 days that I reached out to them was that they use Zendesk as their customer supportplatform… or should I say… were trying to use Zendesk as their CS platform… not only did they have no idea how to use thistool… they clearly had no intention of retaining their customer base… Worst 100$ I ever spent!!!
